A: The delivery address must be the same as the billing address. If you wish to change the delivery address, you must provide us with a proof of residence and your order number, sent by email to info@thepointofsale.com. We will change the delivery address for your order and send you a confirmation by email once the modification has been made. Of course, no modification can be made if the order has already been shipped. You will be charged the shipping fees a second time if you wish to have the order reshipped to another address.
