After logging into Events Manager, go to the Finance module and click Merchant Accounts. Click Add Merchant Account at the top right of the page.
Under Processor, choose Stripe.
Log in to your Stripe account via their platform.
You will need two pieces of information for the integration: Email & API Live Secret Key.
Email. The email used for your Stripe account.
API Live Secret Key. Click on “Developers” and then on “API keys”. Click on “Reveal live key token” to gain access to the needed information.
Back in Events Manager, complete all sections (Email & API Live Secret Key). Indicate which name will be displayed on your customers' credit card statement and choose whether you want this account to be used for all your events or not.
Possible solution if transactions can't be completed:
1- Go to https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/integration/settings
2- Click on "Show advanced options".
3- Select "Process payments unsafely".
